Mr. Unger graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, New York in 1980 with distinction, being in the top 5% of his class. In 1982, Mr. Unger received a Masters of Law degree from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Unger has owned his own firm since 1987 and founded his current firm, Neal M. Unger, P.C. in 1996.
